Account Deletion

To delete your account:

  1. Login to Bisou
  2. Go to the "You" section in the bottom navigation bar
  3. Select "Settings"
  4. Scroll down and click "Delete Account"
  5. Confirm account deletion

Important: All personal data will be permanently deleted off of Bisou servers within 7 business days of deleting your account.

Should you have trouble completing these steps, please contact business@bisoumatch.com to request account deletion.
